Data Deletion

You can delete your Hubia data — including any data obtained through your Instagram connection — at any time, in either of two ways:

1. Disconnect Instagram in the app. Go to Account → Integrations and remove your Instagram connection. This immediately revokes Hubia's access and deletes the stored access token. Cached analytics derived from your Instagram data are deleted with it.
2. Request full account deletion. Email privacy@hubia.tech from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Hubia stores only what its features need: your Instagram access token, your own posts' metadata and engagement metrics, and analyses derived from them. We never store your Instagram password, and we do not sell data to third parties.
