By accessing or using the Hubia platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform, including realtors, brokers, transaction coordinators, service providers, and any other authorized users.

Hubia is an AI-powered real estate transaction management platform that provides tools for managing the entire transaction lifecycle, including client relationship management, contract generation, document management, task tracking, and AI-assisted workflow automation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

You must create an account to use most features of Hubia. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

You agree to use Hubia only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the platform.

You shall not use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the platform except through our official API, if provided. You shall not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.

The Hubia platform, including its design, code, AI models, features, and content, is the exclusive property of Hubia Tech and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform.

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to the platform. By using Hubia, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

The Hubia name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Hubia Tech. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Certain features of Hubia may require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

We may change our fees at any time with 30 days advance notice. Your continued use of the platform after a fee change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

If payment fails or your account is past due, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is received.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hubia Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise.

Hubia is a transaction management tool and does not provide legal, financial, or real estate advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all contracts, documents, and data generated or managed through the platform.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the platform is harmful to us or other users.

Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow you to export it. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of our platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the platform.
