We also collect information about your real estate transactions, including property details, client information, contract data, and document uploads that you enter into the platform.

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use our platform, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and usage patterns such as pages visited and features used.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including processing your transactions, generating contracts, managing documents, and powering AI-assisted features.

We use your data to communicate with you about your account, provide customer support, send service-related notifications, and inform you about updates to our platform.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data to analyze trends, improve our AI models, and develop new features. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

3. Data Sharing

We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform, including cloud hosting (Vercel, Supabase/AWS), authentication services, document signing (DocuSign), and communication services (Twilio). When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
