Trial
Fourteen days, no card to start.
The trial gives each agent one real deal followed free and 200 credits to try everything else. Quick chat answers and the first 50 lookups never use them.
Every agent gets their own trial, including one who joins an office that is already on Hubia. When you subscribe, your plan's allowance replaces it immediately.

What does a credit buy?
What Hubia does for you beyond the plan. A drafted email is 5 credits, a chat lookup past the month's 100 is 10, a contract review 30, a document extraction 30, and the table above lists the rest. Quick chat answers are always free.
Do credits roll over?
Plan credits refill each billing cycle. Credits you buy in a pack are valid for twelve months.
Are credits shared across the team?
On Team and Brokerage plans, the plan's credits and active transactions are shared across the office. Anyone who runs out can buy credits for themselves from the credits store, straight away. Credits you buy yourself are yours alone, and they go with you if you change brokerage.
What if we hit the transaction cap?
You are never blocked mid-contract. Opening one extra active transaction costs 150 credits, on any plan, paid by the agent who opens it.
Is annual really 20% off?
Yes, a flat 20% on every plan, charged once a year. The monthly equivalents shown above are the annual price divided by twelve.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, any time from the billing page, and allowances re-provision automatically when the plan or seat count changes.
