Common questions
What are credits?
Credits are what you use for AI-powered actions like chat messages, document extraction, and CMA insights. Every plan includes credits monthly, and you can buy more anytime. Automatic AI features (transaction monitoring, email analysis) are always free and included in your subscription.
Do unused credits expire?
Monthly included credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased credits (from Starter, Growth, or Power packs) are valid for 12 months from the purchase date — plenty of time to use them across closings.
How does the credit pool work for teams?
When a broker purchases a credit pack, credits go into the company pool. The broker can then allocate monthly limits per team member and monitor usage from the dashboard. Individual team members can also purchase their own personal packs.
What is included in the free trial?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. Your first month's credits are on us — 100 credits to try every AI feature during the trial.
How does the TC plan differ from the Agent plans?
TC plans are designed for independent Transaction Coordinators who manage high volumes across multiple agents. They are priced by transaction capacity (not per-user), include more credits, and the cost per transaction drops as you scale up tiers. TCs get all platform features included.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens if I need more transactions than my plan includes?
No problem! You can add extra active transactions using credits (20 credits per extra transaction, on any plan). Your work is never interrupted.
Do you offer custom plans for large brokerages?
Absolutely. For brokerages with 25+ agents or unique requirements, contact us for a custom enterprise package with dedicated support, custom integrations, and volume pricing.
