Dependency probes run every ten minutes across the application, database, document processing, email and messaging, the assistant, and signatures. Ninety days of history is retained and every crash is captured and alerted within thirty minutes.

Said plainly. We publish what we monitor because you should be able to ask about it. We do not offer a contractual uptime SLA with service credits today; the terms say so too, rather than implying otherwise here. For a current incident, contact support, a public live status feed is on the roadmap.
