Refunds & cancellation
One policy, in one place, so onboarding, the terms and the pricing page agree.
Trial
Fourteen days free, no card required to start. The trial includes 100 credits and three active transactions. Nothing is charged unless you subscribe.
Monthly plans
Cancel at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the current billing period and does not renew. We do not pro-rate a partial month.
Annual plans
Billed once per year in advance at a 20% discount to the monthly rate. Cancel at any time to stop renewal; annual fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
Credits
Plan credits refill each billing cycle and do not carry over. Purchased credit packs are valid for twelve months from purchase and are non-refundable once spent.
Downgrades and seat changes
Take effect at the next billing period. Allowances re-provision automatically when the seat count changes.
Failed payment
We retry and notify you. Access to paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds; your data is not deleted during suspension.
