A TC Plan licenses the coordinator's own engagements across one or more client agents and brokerages. It may not be used to run a single brokerage's internal pipeline; that use requires a Brokerage Plan (MSA §3.2). Client agents and brokerages see the files the coordinator is engaged on, and a coordinator never holds a commission split. Opening a file beyond the tier's allowance — a transaction space — consumes 150 credits (MSA §4.3); the coordinator may move to a higher tier at any time by a new Order Form.
