The Team plan has a minimum of three (3) seats. The Customer is the partner who subscribes and pays, on behalf of the users named in section A, who practise at the same brokerage; that brokerage is not a party (MSA §3.8). Customer states the number of people who will use Hubia in section C and is billed for that number, never fewer than the minimum; a team with fewer people is billed for three and receives three seats' allowances in full (MSA §3.7). The five active transactions and 1,000 credits per seat are shared across those users, first come first served, so a busy month for one agent does not stall the others. A seat licenses one named person for work on this company's transactions (MSA §3.1). A transaction coordinator may hold a seat without holding any commission split. Seats added beyond the number billed are billed pro rata and re-provision immediately; reductions take effect at the next billing period (MSA §4.5). Credits a user buys for themselves are that user's own and travel with them (MSA §4.4).
