Text messages

Text messages from Hubia.

Hubia texts only people who said yes, and only about their own deals. Here is who gets texts, what they say, how often, and how to stop them.

Text messages (SMS)

Critical alerts about your own transactions only: an overdue deadline, an action needed on a deal, a critical risk, a failed payment. Message frequency varies with your transactions. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Privacy policy · Terms of use.

Who gets texts, and what they say.

01Account holders who turn texts on. In Settings › Notifications a person picks Text messages (SMS), checks their mobile number and ticks the consent box. That form is on this page.
02Critical alerts about their own transactions. An overdue deadline, an action needed on a deal, a critical risk, a failed payment. Nothing else, never marketing.
03A client in a deal thread. An agent adds a client to a deal's text thread only after the client agreed, in person, by phone or by e-mail. The thread carries that deal's messages.
04How often. Message frequency varies with your transactions. Msg & data rates may apply.
05How to stop. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, HELP for help. Support: hubia@hubia.tech.
06Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number stays yours. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
